Hi @jdmcullum,

Your users might not be able to receive any emails in the future. To fix the issue, make sure that Caspio mailers are added to your DNS records. You can coordinate with your email server administrator to Whitelist Caspio by adding them to your SPF and TXT records.

Your email and domain should be verified as well to prevent email spoofing.

I suggest  to check also the Logs > Emails

The Email logs allow you to monitor the history of email notifications sent from your DataPages, Triggered Actions, and Tasks.
