Multiple customers using a single database application

In the last year and a half, I have developed several Caspio databases for different industries (aviation, health, electronics, rental properties, etc.). Now I am ready to market these products to the public. How I can set-up a unique login access to different customers only using one database app (same DataPages, but querying different data unique to each customer)?

I am trying to use a single database without having to copy and paste (duplicate) the same database for different customers, which would increase my DataPage count. Is this possible in the Caspio application?

Hi @ANGELRODZ,

You can set up Authentication and apply it to your DataPages. If you have Reports DataPage, you can apply Record Level Security to limit the results based on their own record or their respective industry. Just make sure that in the Table you have the identifier of the records.

However, ideally, it would be easy if you could create separate DataPages per industry so you can customize the forms and reports. You can also create multiple Views to separate the users per industry.
