Download Selected Files (Checkbox to select)

I need to allow users (admins) to download a batch of User Selected files (Checkbox to select them). I have searched this forum and cannot find anything that comes close.

I don't think that is possible even with a custom  script on a DataPage Header. Even in this forum post, no the OP didn't get a response:

But that's just me, maybe others can provide something. Otherwise, you might need to check this with their developers and have them create a custom report for you if it is at all possible
