How to best configure a document approval?

We have a document that may be completed by one or more users. If and only if it is completed, I need to notify the administrator. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Is this process done online? I guess you can create an update form with a file field. Your users can download the file, modify it and upload it again to replace the old file. In order to notify the admin when it's complete, you can add a custom link on the update form (http://howto.caspio.com/customization/g ... ndows.html), which says "If this is completed, please click here to notify the administrator". The link opens another blank update form and triggers the notification email (http://howto.caspio.com/automatic-email ... on-emails/) when the update button is pressed.
