0 londoncity Posted August 17, 2011 Report Share Posted August 17, 2011 Hello KTMedia, Yes, instead of displaying all records (entries) in one page you can set the number of records you wish to be displayed on each page. Please open the DataPage (Members Directory) in Edit mode and proceed to Search Results Options screen and select the "Advanced" Tab. On "Record options" instead of "All matching" radio button that creates only one page you can select the other radio button and enter number of records you would like to see on each page. On the same screen select "Standard" tab and on "Grid Options", increase or decrease Number of columns in order to see more records(entries) in a row. Also you can decrease the Image size in Configure Results Page Fields screen. In order to set the size of the grid box you can edit the respective Style of the DataPage and set the width say to 120px.
