Accessing files

One of the fields in my table is a hyperlink to articles which members would like to be able to download and print. Please could you show me how to enable this?

On the Configure Results Page Fields screen select the Element and on the Field Options select "URL Link" and then check the Enable custom display checkbox and from the button next to the textfield select the field containing the URL. it opens the link on a new window and user can print and download.
