How do I create web profile

In the help for the MS Office plug in, it states:

For security purposes, you must also create a "Web Services API Profile" in the Users tab of your Caspio Bridge account

I don't see any Users tab though. Where exactly do I find it?

In the Caspio Bridge Explorer window, you can see the Users section. I have attended a screenshot for you.

If you cannot see such a tab like the screenshot, your package doesn't enable web service API. Please check more details at pricing page http://www.caspio.com/pricing/.

UPDATE 

To be able to create a SOAP API Profile for Caspio Bridge Plugin for Microsoft Office, select Account from the top navigation bar and select Access Permissions, then click on New Profile. You will be redirected to a form in which you can create your Web Services Profile.
