How to create multiple records

I have a submission form with three fields:

fieldname1 - name

fieldname1 - date

fieldname3 - description (memo)

Using just a single submit, can anyone suggest a way which I could create multiple records: for a number of different "names" (fieldname1) with the same date (fieldname2) and description (fieldname3).

Please note that a user may want to create the same record for up to 20 or 30 different 'names', so passing parameters would be time consuming and painful.

I hope this example makes sense...

using Caspio standard feature you cannot submit more than one record at once. :? :? :? :? :?

This should be a standard feature! I can think of loads of databases where you do this? I'll post as a suggestion!
