The only workaround is to create a new account and move all contents over to the new account. However, it doesn't worth the effort for most of the cases. The account ID is just a name to represents your account when you reach out to Caspio and is used when you login your Caspio account. If that is what you want you can change that in your Profile and edit your Basic Information.
