Howto Add, delete, update records of table in one Datapage

New to Caspio, Is there a way I can add , delete, update records in a table all in a single datapage. IS custom datapages a premium feature(a paid service) which accounts are entitiled to only after payment?

Adding / Updating/ Deleting is able in inline options of results page: http://howto.caspio.com/datapages/creating-datapages/inline-options-for-datapages.html

Updating/Deleting is also able in details page: http://howto.caspio.com/datapages/creating-datapages/creating-a-search-and-report-datapage/update-records-using-a-details-page.html

But record created after payment is only possible by programming.
