Question

Hi everybody,

I have signed up for the free trial and created a database.

One question:

My database will, over coming months, grow substantially. Although I am sure Caspio are a great company I have been burned in the past (company disappeared or I wanted to go elsewhere etc.).

Considering everything is entered directly into Caspio, can I create my own backup of the data so I always have it should anything go askew?

Many thanks

Spoongold

Hi, You can always export your data out to keep a back up of your data. You can :

1- Export tables manually to your local computer: http://howto.caspio.com/tables/exporting-data.html

2- Schedule an export to your local computer using Caspio Plug-in http://howto.caspio.com/extensions/casp ... ms-office/

3- Scheduled export task which data can be exported to a FTP site or as an attachment to your email http://howto.caspio.com/tables/schedule ... ort-tasks/

This tutorial is also helpful: http://howto.caspio.com/account-managem ... -data.html
