Link To Attachments Using Parameters

Hi, all. I need to know how to build a link to an uploaded attachment file using parameters. I'll put this link into an HTML block in my Search-and-Report form in order to make the link open in a new window.

 

I can display the NAME of the file this way, but I don't know how to build a link to the file, which (because it has been uploaded) resides in Caspio:

 

<p><b>Uploaded File 3:</b> [@field:Upload_3]</p>

I needed to know how to add links to files from individual cells but the above link to the help page is 404.  Is there new link I could reference?

They must have reorganized and revised their site's articles, possibly in response to the new software version.
