To anyone who might be able to help me- I will be so grateful. I am using the distance search app to allow my website visitors to search our database of distributors that sell our products. When I entered in my zip code and chose 10 miles (for the maximum distance), I am getting results for locations located in Mississippi and Illinois when I entered a zip code that is in New York. Any reason why this is happening?
The file that I am using as a lookup excel file is mine that has a list of distributors and their addresses. Am I missing another file that I need to link to this one?
I am happy to provide any other information to help get this up and going.
