I had changed the name of the table that the forms feed into, but did not change anything else. Is there a way to recover my forms and/or see what caused them to disappear?! 0 MayMusic Posted April 9, 2014 Report Share Posted April 9, 2014 If you only change the name of the table the DataPage should be still there I just did the same for test and system just updated the table source name and the DataPage with the same name still exist there. Do you still see the table? If yes, click on Properties and see if you see the name of the DataPage which is created based on this table. Another possibility is that your DataPage was based on a view and you removed the view.
