Form Columns

I'm a newbie. How do I get my labels to move to the next column on a form? I clicked two columns but it keeps populating the first column as I enter new labels. I am using the radio button format.

I think, the Multi-column and Sections article might be helpful.

 

As far as I know, for radio buttons you can select the Multiple options per line item in the Placement drop box of the Field Options section.
