How can I configure a checkbox on a conditional basis (using the built-in rules or any other caspio ways) to exclude a record (not just a field, but whole record of an employee), when a checkbox is checked.
For example, an employee has become inactive or terminated, and I click the box that says so. But I don't want to delete his/her record. I just want to exclude it from any calculations and any reports.
Can you point me to the right direction? I am sure there is an instruction somewhere about this.
