Ranking Outside

I have a sales reporting system, and each salesperson can see their own sales information via Record Level Security.

 

I'd like to be able to have each salesperson see their respective sales ranking against their peers for specific dates.

 

i.e.  Sally Smith logs in and sees that she is ranked #5 out of 25 salespeople. 

 

Is something like this possible?  I'm having trouble getting "access" to the sales values of the other agents when I limit the information via Record level so that it narrows down to their specific value.

Tell me please do you want to count sales ranking for one day or for a certain period of time?
