Connecting A Lookup Table Automatically



I have created a lookup table with Location information for various events we are hosting. I have also created a table with a list of events. Is there a way to teach caspio that the Store Name and Store number in the lookup table are the same as the store name and store number details in the events table and auto pull the parameters over from the lookup table for the address, city, ect? 


We handle a lot of events, so I am looking for a method that will let us upload the excel spreadsheet of events every month that we get from the client and caspio will auto marry them together between the two tables.

I have established relationships between the tables and a special view for it.


When i view the data page, it looks like it is passing the data through. Should I set them up as parameters to pass through via a query string in the URL? There has got to be an easier way to match this information, because there are a lot of fields.
