Blocking Users From Choosing An Item, Special Rules For Individual Users

royhenderson771

Question

Hi,

My database has a dropdown list that users can pick from. They choose the product they want based off that list, however, many of them choose the same item or more than one. This means that I receive many notifications from the same person.

Is it possible to block someone from choosing an item once they have chosen one item from the list?

Hi,

How about making the username field in the table unique so each user can only submit once? Or to limit submissoin based on email address or any other unique info which is collected during submission. There is not a rule to set up on individual field to remove an item from the list if it's once selected.
