Maintenance Tracker



Hi All,


We are a small maintenance company and have 5 companies that we deal with regularly.


What I am trying to create is a tracker, where they can request for work and track what is happening when i update the database.


I have created a submit form and some logins for the sites.


How would i go about to achieve what i need.


Is it complicated for me to do on my own?!

Hi Jan,


It's not complicated at all :) There are several ways you can do that.


I would recommend you to use automatic emails for notification. So, when you modify record on Report datapage, your user will receive an email. You can read more here


Or you could use zapier integration. In this case when you update record on report datapage or you apply changes manually in the table, user will be notified. Find more info here
