Can Caspio be used to build a base for marketplace site?

Can Caspio be used to build database for a marketplace site like this: https://zoptamo.com ? as you can see database is a fundamental thing for this site, central app of this site is a search engine that is connected to it. If it can be done with Casio then how it can be done in it?

However, as what mentioned above, you can request that application for you to easily check the application if that really suit to your workflow.
