Can i create self-authenticate section in a from? Like i input some data in a form and after clicking submit option i should have a preview screen with some valuable data for recheck. can i have that in caspio?

If I understand you in a right way I have an example of your workflow.

After you you will submit your data from submission form you will get message. You will find there link inserted in "here" word. If you will go through this link you will get a details page with your data that you just have inserted.

The only thing you need to edit is that you need to copy deployed URL from Report page and insert it into Destination and Emails  section of Submission form using datapage wizard (see attached printscreen). Insert deployed URL instead of INSERT_HERE text.
