I'm brand new (in fact still in my trial).  I'm trying to figure out how to add a button on the results page in order for the user to generate a "quote" request for specific items on the list.  I've been trying to search and stumbled upon one to auto-submit selected records from results to another table -- but I don't quite understand the instructions.  This would be closest to what I'm trying to do; but not sure if I'm setting it up correctly

What you need is a quote request submission page which has a field that stores Item Unique Value. Check to receive the value on this submission form. https://howto.caspio.com/parameters/receiving-parameters/

Create a report DataPage and add an HTML Block to Configure Results Page Fields screen https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/datapage-components/html-blocks/. 

Generate a URL to the submission page you have created based on Quote Request table and pass teh Item Unique Value through URL to that page: https://howto.caspio.com/parameters/parameters-as-query-string-values/
