Combined report filter : predefined params + search form

Hi,

Is it possible to filter report data page based on external parameter and  allowing user to select data using the search form. There is 2 option:  'Allow users to select data using a search form' and 'Filter data based on your pre-defined criteria'.

I need both. How can implement it?

You can select to have search page and also receive parameter on the same field. User can click search to see the results for the received parameter or change the value
