Tool Tips with Child details on Hover

Hi! 

I'm trying to achieve the following: I have an Orders table (Parent) and associated Items in the order (Child). Is it possible to have a report at the order level where users can see the items in each order when they hover over the orderid? See attached

Try to put cursor under the grey rectangle and wait for a while. 
You will see the report with the result set related to the hovered element ID.
