Notify users to submit a survey form

Hello, 

I have set up these weekly surveys that will be sent on a weekly basis. I would like to know if there is any way to notify the user group from CASPIO portal.

You can implement such a workflow using additional Yes/No field in the survey table and Task feature. Also, the survey table should have a field with the date when the survey has been sent to a client.
Within your submission form, you should add the Yes/No field as a hidden one. It should be "checked" by default.

Then, you may create a Task that will compare the sent date with the current date and will send the reminder Email if these dates are equal and if the checkbox is not checked (so it means that survey was not submitted).

This can done by creating a Task that will run every week. This task send an email to your users that will contain the survey link.
