Show image file into html block

Is there a way that on my report data page I can add an image and visualize that image in an html block?

 

I tried with this code but its not working in the report data page:

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share a new solution for Viewing images or Touch Sliders if you have multiple images in your Details/Report Page. You may try using this jQuery lightbox of Swipebox:

You can also use this to open video URL's from YouTube.
