Hi @SteveRHC

As I know based on the Caspio's System requirements (https://howto.caspio.com/system-requirements/) you might resolve the issue by doing these steps:

Quote
SAFARI ON IOS (IPHONE)
  1. Go to Settings -> Safari.
  2. Under Privacy and Security, turn off the following options:
    • Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
    • Block All Cookies

@SteveRHC You are correct to say Caspio doesn't care - they have had this problem for well over a year, and their CB Updates always seem to target less important things. I've tried many times to get the ball rolling, just to be ignored.

You may need to change those settings for the Chrome app itself as well.

Go to main settings of the iPhone -> Scroll down until you see Chrome and tap on it -> Make sure 'Allow Cross-site Tracking' is turned on.
