ChrisSayers Posted January 26, 2021 Report Share Posted January 26, 2021 Hi, I am currently exploring Caspio for my works asset management with also a view to increase to course logging for employees I have created 3 tables already - Assets, employees & Certifcates, so first question is,. i have images of all the assets, is it possible to attach them to the assets table. how i do i create a drop down list of employess to assign the certificate/asset to if needed? 0 TellMeWhy Posted January 28, 2021 Report Share Posted January 28, 2021 I'm not sure of your exact workflow, but as I understand, you want to put the images you have to the Assets Table? As far as I know, there is no automatic way to do that, but to manually upload each image into the table. if you want to assign a certificate/asset to an Employee, you will need an additional field on your Employees Table, or Create a new one to store the assigned records, then just use a simple Submission Form DataPage You may also want to check this out to connect your tables https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/relationships/ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hi,
