Submit button not working with Godaddy website

Hi,

I have a datapage submission form that works well within Caspio. After deploying, the submit button does not work from my GoDaddy website,  if I use the embed option.  If I use the iFrame option, the submit button works, but the frame only allows for two fields at a time, and I have to scroll up and down to see other fields.

Does anyone know what I need to check with GoDaddy to get the submit button to work with the embed option. Please.

Hi @Bongani,

How do you know that submit button doesn't work? Do you see any errors on the form or in the browser console?

For example, if some fields are checked as unique in the table, you will not be able to submit the duplicate data and it will show the error. Or if one of the required fields is empty. Otherwise, it should work fine.

Hi @Bongani - As you are using GoDaddy, Caspio recommends using iFrame deployment. In this, you can resize the iFrame based on the height and width of your DataPage. You can check this online help: https://howto.caspio.com/faq/deployment/how-to-resize-an-iframe/
