Data Checking

What features are there available in Caspio to allow for quality assurance and data checking and verification.  Also, how is it possible to check the authenticity of the data using Caspio? Is it possible to build in features to allow for automated checking of the inputted data.

What do you mean by "authenticity" of data? Are you referring to screening incoming data and checking if this "inputs" are valid or fits the requirements? If yes, the easiest way is to limit the choices for user input by using a dropdown or any input types that have a set amount of answers. For duplicate checking you can set some fields of your table to be "unique' so any other inputs that contains that same data will not be inserted on your table. Other modifications or checking on inputs can also be done using triggers or tasks.

You may create a approval process where you will approve the user first before they will be able to have an access and login to the DataPage.

Hello Everyone! just want to add more information. For the submission form, you can also select each specific data type to make sure that the user is entering the specific data, for example a field that will only accept number values. There is also a HowTo for you to be able to validate an email address first before submitting data.
