How do I export labels/table design?

How do I download the design of a table?  I would like to use it as a data dictionary.  The export options all seem to provide only the field names, not the labels or data types.

Hi,

Let me try if I can give detailed steps about this to you.

To export the table design with label in its field and retain their data type, go to the Tools menu and click Export. When you Select Custom Export, a new section will appear. Choose Tables and Click Add. Now, select the table/s you wish to export by clicking on the check box. Lastly,  select Caspio XML as the Export File Format and click the Export button on the bottom right.

Wait for the export process and download the ZIP file.
