Just sharing this neat little workaround to get the labels in your submission form quickly and transfer it to an Excel Sheet.
There is no option to download a Submission form as an Excel file and since I need to make a report about our security questions and its respective choices in my form using Excel, I tried manually copy pasting the questions in my form and then checking the lookup tables for the questions with dropdowns. However, as you may expect, it takes a lot of effort and time to complete this and I have many submission forms that I need to create a report about.
I learned this from support, download the datapage and extract the zip file. Once extracted, open the .XML file in Excel as an XML table. By doing that, it converts the properties and the contents of the DataPage into a tabular report. Now search for the keywords "Label" and "Value"/"DisplayText".
I dragged the column for Value and DisplayText below for the screenshot but you can find it around the last few columns of the excel table. It also shows the true value of the options which is actually helpful!
This is a bit of a weird task to do but I hope it helps anyone else who needs this
