It is possible on the results page of a Search and Report Form. Check the enable advanced options on the first screen. You can decide on to apply the search first (search form) or to go directly to the record (pre-defined criteria). Enable this option on the 'Search Results Options' screen --> standard tab --> Interactive Options --> Check the 'Let user delete records' checkbox.
