Stuck on import

Question

Hi, I was importing some information onto a data table and it has been stuck for a couple of hours. I'm only importing a csv file with 15 records so it shouldn't take long at all. I've logged out of caspio and rebooted my computer to try and cut off the import connection but it isn't working. when i try and click import on the data table page, it says"another import in progress, please wait until current import finishes. Can anyone help? How do I stop the import or reboot the system?

THank you!

Hello, rcalanog.

Do you experience the same problem now?

If yes -- you could open a support ticket. Caspio will contact you to solve your problem. Refer to https://support.caspio.com/Default.asp.

As far as I know, you could re-login into your Caspio Bridge account after a time -- and this 'hanging' import process should be killed automatically on the server. You just need re-import your file.

Hi there, you may want to check the file that you are trying to import or export. It is recommended to compressed it in a ZIP file and if you would like it uncompressed then make sure that it will not exceed over 150MB. Here are helpful articles for reference: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/scheduled-import-and-export/scheduled-import-task/ and https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/importing-data/
