What are the Regular Business & Support Hours at Caspio?

This may sound silly but we can't find the Caspio business or support hours published on the web site or on the phone when you call them.

Does anyone know what the regular business and customer support hours are? As an East coast business it is difficult operating at 10 AM getting support if it is outside regular Caspio business hours.

What are the regular business hours for East Coast clients?

Hi Gary,

Caspio official support hours are published on http://www.caspio.com/support/, however I noticed that you must be an Express DB client. For Express DB product we have different web site which might be where you are referring to and the support hours are not published in that site as the support for Express DB is limited to only email and online help.

Just want to update this post,  I think Caspio Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week now. Weekend support is limited to live chat, tickets, and emails.
