Directory Activation Email DNS

Can the activation emails that are generated from Directories (noreply@caspio.app) be changed to a company branded email address (info@mydomain.com)? If so, how is this accomplished? I already have my domain verified. Thank you!

Hi @ccxc007! I have been playing around with Directories as well but I don't think they have an option to do that yet unlike in DataPages (email notifications).  So far, User Portal is the only part where we can apply branding. Have you tried reaching out to their support team for confirmation if this is possible? I am curious too

I checked this with the support team a while ago and the answer was that this option will be added in future releases.

Hopefully, it will be added in the next release. We`ll see

This is a shame. Directories looks really useful - but if the first thing a new users sees is an email from Caspio, then it seriously undermines its usability.

In the current release (Release 44.0) they added an 'Email' tab under the Directory. 

Now it is possible to use a custom email address

Hi! Just saw Caspio's recent release notes and saw activation emails can now be customized. I don't think the from email can be changed now but some branding can be edited
