I have a report form that is filtered by "status."
Lets say the database has 3 entries, all "open."
In the details page, when the status of record #1 is changed from "open" to "closed" and the update button pressed, the details page skips to record #3.
This occurs if the action selected for Record Update is set to "go to next record" This also occurs if the user selects the "navigate to next/previous record", used in conjunction with the "display a message" option.
Currently, agents use the navigate button to move back to record #2, but this is tedious and seems unneccessary.
