Count Responses as a Running Tally?

I'm putting up a data page for a web form with a list of TV and Radio stations and I'm soliciting responses on whether readers follow the station on Twitter and/or Facebook. I'm using a drop down menu as the response mechanism with choices of "Facebook," "Twitter," "Both," or "Neither." "Neither" is the default answer. Each of 30 stations will have a drop down next to it. How can I set up another data page that will show the response count for Facebook and Twitter. I have tried various calculations, aggregations, and formulas to display the count, but I'm not having any luck. Sample screenshot of form attached. Thanks.

I didn't think it is possible by using standard setting. It seems need extra programming. You can add JS code to capture user selection on each and every dropdown, and then perform the calculations correspondingly.
