Formating Field On Detail Page

how can i format field to number or percent format on the detail page?

 

On the resultpage I can format, but on the detail page I can only use text-format when I want the field to be editable.

When the field is editable you cannot control the display format and system will show whatever that is in the table. Can you explain what exactly you are trying to achieve?

 

You can have a java script in the input page to mask the input so you can have the correct format in the table !!

I have a table which includes the following fields;

value (datatype=number)
probability (datatype=number)

when I make a report, I can format the fields as numbers and percentages. On the detail page, I can just have them as text fields.have

If it was a text field then you could use java script to mask the input and save to the table but in general you can only control the formatting when the field is display only
