Unaffect A Field

Hello,

 

I would like to ask if I'm able to show certain field even though it didn't meet the criteria. For example

 

The date is my critera

Field1|Field2|Field3|Date

User1|2____|2____|Now

User2|_____|_____|____ <- Does not meet the criteria but still shows. 

User3|_____|3____|Now

 

Something like that? Is that possible?

You could add a criteria for the date field "Is blank".

 

If you would like to show all the records, do not include date field in search.

Does this mean you want to show the records that date are blank when user performs a search on date field?

 

If that is the case, you can add criteria from the picker on bottom right corner of element panel on "Configure Search Fields" screen just like how you add HTML Blocks for one you can have text field as what you have for now and for other one :

 

form element : Hidden

Comparison Type: Is Blank

Logical operator between criteria should be OR
