Undefined Appkey. (Caspio BridgeError ) (60011 ) on Safari

I am getting this error Undefined Appkey. (Caspio BridgeError) (60011) on Safari after login into my web page. This is only happening on Safari and not on other browsers. Any Idea why this is happening? What might be the fix?

Hi @lonyango

You usually encounter this error when you are trying to load or submit data in your DataPage(s) offline,  to solve the problem you need to publish the web page and access it online or use direct URL of the DataPage.

Or if you’re using direct URL of a Report DataPage when you leave the results page for a few hours and then attempt to go to the Details page, To avoid this situation, use embed deployment method or create custom details link which remains permanent. See

I did exactly what is recommended. The web page I am accessing is published online and I am using direct URL of the page. This error is only showing up on Safari, but not on other browsers. I even tried to clear the history and cache on the Safari but no change.

Hi @lonyango,

Is it possible to provide us the deployed URL  of your affected Datapage, as well as test log in credentials if you have enabled an Authentication to this DataPage?
So that we can try to replicate this issue on our end as well, I'm guessing that this is a browser compatibility issue. We just need to identify what is causing this issue, so that we can formulate a solution for this.
