Tooltip change Icon and color

Hi - I need help to customize my tooltip, So basically I want to change the icon to image and change the color of hint container  to #003139

To change the icon image:
- Go to Style > Labels > Setting > Hint Image> Enable Image >Custom Image> enter the URL image: http://prntscr.com/mne4hi

To change the color of the Hint Container:
- Go to Style > Labels > Setting > Hint Message > Border Option : Color:  #003139 > Bacbkground Options: Color:# 003139

You can also change the size of your image icon.
