Insert Multiple Records on 1 Table

How do I enter multiple records on a table?

I have 2 tables. On the first table, I have this 1 row of record separated by 3 colummns.  I want this record to also be inserted on the 2nd table but I want it to be separated. So it will be 3 records already.

 

How can I do this?

This is what I am trying to do:

asd                       qwe                        zxc

 

TABLE 2 should contain this:
items

asd

qwe

zxc
