I am guessing you can either have one button for each function (one for email, one for print) or create your own function that implements stuff from both articles.

Did you look at the articles? Caspio does not have a standard feature button for mail or print. There is a PDF option that downloads the page as a pdf with the ability to print, at higher up plans... But for the workflow you want, you'll need some custom script. Which would be from those articles above.

Hi everyone! Just an update: Caspio has finally released a feature to show document generation, initially supporting custom PDF templates. You can upload your own fillable PDF file and map each field to a Caspio table.
