Duplicate Table Without Sharing Tables

I would like to duplicate a table from one app to another. However, I don't want them to be a shared table.

Is there a way to do this?

Since you want to copy the table to another app without sharing tables, you may do so by following these steps:

Duplicate the table to make another copy → Share the table to your other application → Detach the table to remove it from the application

If you want to copy data from one account to another, then you can try using the Caspio API. However, you must be aware that this could be a costly operation depending on how many records you are copying.

If you share why you are trying to do somethink like that, maybe we can find a work around.

My use case for this is I want to create a new task and update an existing trigger that works on an insert to a table.  I didn’t realize that when I copied the app that some tables were automatically shared and since the task is timed based I need to manipulate fake data to test it.

If I can copy the app without sharing it would be safer to test.
