Change table column data type from text to List-string

Hey folks - I have a table where one of my list-string columns got inadvertently converted to text.  Does anyone know how to change a text column to a list-string WITHOUT losing the values that are already in the column?    I fear this might be a bit much of an ask but thought I'd see if any experts out there could help.  Thanks

Hi @InMyBoma,

You should go to the Table Design and change the datatype to the List String. Your data should be converted successfully, since the syntax is correct  - "text", "text" or 'text', 'text'. If you are afraid of loosinf data, you may export your table first and then change the data type.

I am thinking of downloading them in excel and getting them  fixed there, it usually does this trick to my case. As long as they have their respective IDs, then they can be easily appended on the table: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/importing-data/
