"Enable sticky header row" option disabled

I'd like to enable sticky header row for my datapage, but the option is disabled with no explanation as to why. Seems like this is a common issue with certain options in Caspio. Anyways, what could be preventing it from being enabled?

Enable sticky header row option can be enabled when you disable Responsive here:

You can only chose one either you will have a responsive DataPage or  Enable sticky header row. I highly recommend to suggest this to their ideabox at ideabox http://ideabox.caspio.com
