Hide a Yes/No question

How can I hide a Yes/No question result in a search details page? I can't use the "Hide field" function, presumably because the default state for this field type is "No". So if the question "Do you like apples" - Yes/No is unanswered, I have a "No" displayed in a section which in not mandatory. I think I tried a string but that was very clumsy. Is there some option in format? Thanks for your time - it's much appreciated.

If you want to hide a field if the Yes/No field is unanswered in a details page, you can use the Rule feature. You can refer to this article for more info:
