Caspio Support Live Chat button not working?

Anyone else having this issue?

I've tried two different computers and different browsers, plus Incognito.     The 'Live Chat' button does nothing when I click on it.   But the 'Open a Ticket' button next to it works fine.

I'm trying the 'Live Chat' button on both of these two pages:

Well this one is unique. I would like to suggest clearing your cache and basic stuffs. Does it works before or this is the first time you tried to check on it?

Had the same issue. Turned off ad/tracker blocker and that resolved it for me.
